I have been coming to Berkana for a few years now and have always been pleased with the service. Everyone on staff is super nice and kind. Heather is my thereapist and is AWESOME! Recently I went for Acupunture treatments for my sciatic nerve. Never having treatments before Jaimie was wonderful in helping me make the transition. The pain is almost gone! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

When I first met Gretchen, I had heard the word reflexology but had no idea what it was. I highly recommend you sign up for a session! I was initially booked for a massage but due to an 8 week long problem with my sinuses, being face-down on the table would not have been the best idea, so Gretchen offered reflexology instead. It was the most relaxing and wonderful session! My sinus trouble cleared up in no time after the visit and I also noticed an improvement in my overall feeling of health. I have always been loyal to the deep tissue massage and didn't think reflexology could compare until I experienced it. Thank you, Gretchen!
