From Relaxation and Stress Reduction, Chronic Pain Management and Injury Rehabilitation, to Energywork and Spa Body Therapies, our diverse association of holistic therapists are here to provide you with a variety of therapies in a relaxed and comfortable environment. 

Berkana Massage and Bodywork Therapies was established in 2002 by Heather Horton, NH Licensed Massage Therapist.  It has been her vision to offer a high level of professional, therapeutic care to her clientele in an quiet and healing atmosphere while working with other holistic health professionals who share her vision. 

Four additional NH Licensed Massage Therapists currently practice at Berkana; Gretchen Baker, Bernadette Binnie, Tammy Pelletier and Deborah Freeman.

Berkana is also home to Jaimie Champagne, New Hampshire Licensed Acupuncturist and owner of Acupuncture Whole Health.

Donna Conrade, Certified Hypnotherapist is available for hypnotherapy sessions, and Gina House, Certified Yoga Instructor teaches semi-private and private yoga classes and is also available for Reiki treatments.

Our office is easy to get to, conveniently located just 1/4 mile off of Exit 5, I93 in North Londonderry NH. We are minutes away from Manchester, Derry & surrounding towns with plenty of free parking. Our office, treatment rooms and restroom are wheelchair accessible.
